Welcome to my halloween theme! :D This is a bare-bones HTML/CSS theme; it is classless with limited functionality (though of course you can add things!) You can copy-paste the CSS code from here, and the HTML code over here. It is licensed under GNU GPL.

Please note: in this theme, both the footer and header sections must go inside the main section for this to look right.Also note; you'll need to redirect the CSS path to wherever you've got your CSS stored. In Neocities, the default is style.css, and that's what I left it in the HTML head.

This theme has support for links, breaklines, blockquotes, highlight (mark tag), textarea, code block and details/summary. Here's a textarea:
